I am a retired civil servant, living in Ottawa, who probably has too much time on his hands.
Every morning, as I drive my wife to work, she has to listen to me rant about something that is in the news, whether it be politics, sports, business or just life in general. O f course she is used to tuning me out, so when I realized that she wasn’t listening, I knew I had to find another outlet and thus this blog. My niece Jamie has kindly done the technical work to set it up. While I could never be a Rick Mercer, I hope that this blog will be somewhat along the lines of Rick’s rant, although hopefully, once in a while, will comment on the nice things in life.
